Cravy Fries sells frozen food products that require appropriate frozen storage and handling.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, packaging, images, descriptions, weights, and other details accurately. However, packaging, product appearance, photography, or other minor details may occasionally vary without materially changing the product.

Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order already confirmed by us unless there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

7. Frozen Product Handling

Cravy Fries products are frozen food items and should be transferred to a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Products should be stored at –18°C or below, unless different storage instructions are stated on the packaging.

Do not refreeze a product once it has thawed.

Cravy Fries is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling, thawing, or refreezing after successful delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are frozen and perishable food items, returns and exchanges are subject to food safety and cold-chain considerations.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should report damaged, incorrect, missing, thawed, or otherwise compromised products within the timeframe specified in that policy.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, free-delivery offers, and other special offers may be subject to specific conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:
