Shipping Policy

At Cravy Fries, we deliver your fries frozen and ready for your freezer.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Lahore only.

Orders placed for addresses outside our current delivery area may not be accepted or may be cancelled. As we expand our delivery network, additional areas may become available.

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are:

  • Orders below Rs. 2,000: Rs. 150 delivery charge
  • Orders of Rs. 2,000 or above: FREE delivery

The applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout.

Delivery Time

We aim to prepare and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Lahore, order volume, traffic, weather, and other operational circumstances.

Any estimated delivery time provided during ordering is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Frozen Delivery

Cravy Fries products are frozen food items and are handled accordingly during fulfilment and delivery.

Once your order is received, please transfer the products to a freezer as soon as possible and store them at –18°C or below.

Do not refreeze products once thawed.

Receiving Your Order

Please make sure that:

  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • You provide an active contact number.
  • Someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Our delivery team may contact you if they need assistance locating your address or completing the delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Please check your order when you receive it.

If your order arrives with:

  • A missing item;
  • An incorrect product;
  • Damaged or compromised packaging; or
  • A product that has arrived thawed or otherwise compromised,

please contact Cravy Fries within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and relevant photos or videos.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete a delivery because the address provided is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or we cannot reach the customer using the contact information provided, the order may be returned or cancelled.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is requested.
